Low-Barrier Access to Buprenorphine

Buprenorphine is a safe, effective medication that reduces cravings and withdrawal symptoms. It can be started quickly through COAST clinics to support your individual recovery goals. Clients can call the hotline up to two times to receive a two-week prescription and may be referred to remote or in-person MAT services.

Clients may also be connected to additional services, including:

  • Syringe exchange

  • HIV/HCV testing

  • Case management

  • Peer support

  • Other harm reduction services
